THIS DECLARATION is made this 25th day of June 1998, by Red Creek Ranch, Inc., a Colorado corporation ("Declarant"). The purpose is to exempt the Property (as defined below) from the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act. Capitalized terms are defined in Article 10.1.
